Have you ever lost your wallet? I bet you have. And if you haven’t, I’m sure you will. But what if you never had to worry about that again?
The ESR Geo Wallet Stand, a wallet with full Find My tracking which features ESR’s awesome Halolock system, which makes this and loads of their other products MagSafe compatible, meaning that you can attach it to you iPhone, and with the in built Find My Tracking, if you ever leave it behind anywhere, you will know exactly where it is.
Oh, and also? It’s a stand. Because why not?
Let’s talk design, you’re looking at a premium feel, compact size, it comes in five colours, the one I’m using is a dark blue which matches my iPhone’s colour, and there’s space for three cards, which for most people is the perfect number before you start hoarding expired gym memberships and random business cards.
But the real magic happens inside, because this wallet? It’s got Find My functionality, and I think that’s pretty cool because it’s integration functions like this which bring 3rd party non Apple products like this into the ecosystem (I do have thoughts about this type of integration.
Apple’s MagSafe Wallet? It’s more expensive this and it only notifies you when it detaches. The ESR Geo Wallet, is actually tracked it, in real-time.
If you lose it in your couch, in your car, or on that one chair everyone throws their coats on. You can make it RING.
In the box, you get a charging cable, yes, a charging cable for your wallet. On a full charge of one and half hours, you’ll get up to 3 months battery life in this. As you’ll expect, anything that is find my compatible is generally easy to connect and pair to your phone.
Turn the wallet on. Open the Find My app on your phone, choose add item and you’ll see the ESR halolock Geo wallet stand appear as if it were like connecting to another Apple accessory.
This doesn’t have that precision tracking, but having an idea of where your lost wallet is, is definitely better than not having any idea of where it is at all.
Simple as that. I know some people who have wallets that attach to the back of their phones, that also carry an AirTag inside, because of that fear of “what if I lose it”, but with this, you don’t need that AirTag because that Find My technology is built in.
Additionally, it also flips open and turns into a stand, portrait or landscape.
FaceTime? Bingeing Netflix when you should be working? Looking productive on a Zoom call but actually watching YouTube? Want to utilise the standby feature on your iPhone. If you answered yes to any of those, then this could be ideal for you and it also has a finger loop in the back allowing you to securely hold your phone.
If you, sometimes/constantly/always (delete as appropriate) lose your wallet and don’t want to admit it, want a MagSafe wallet that actually does something useful, like having a built-in stand without carrying bulky accessories, then this is a no-brainer.
Apple’s MagSafe wallet? Expensive. No real tracking. No stand.
ESR’s? Less expensive. Real-time tracking. Built-in stand.
This is what Apple should have made.
